Elitek expands integration with CCC Diagnostics Network to include sublet services

Elitek Vehicle Services, an LKQ company, has expanded its integration with the CCC Diagnostics Network.
With this expansion, Elitek’s mobile sublet services can now be automatically added to CCC ONE workfiles, according to a press release from CCC.
CCC told Repairer Driven News the change is the latest enhancement to CCC’s network of diagnostics providers.
“Previously, shops using Elitek’s remote diagnostic services could get scan reports and invoices automatically attached to a CCC ONE workfile,” CCC said. “Now, that integration includes Elitek’s sublet services, where shops using services from one of Elitek’s mobile vans for both diagnostic and non-diagnostic services can get documentation automatically attached to a workfile at no cost.”
When asked how the expansion helps repairers and carriers, CCC responded that shops will save time on administrative details, such as receiving, saving, and uploading service documentation to the appropriate workfile, as well as manually inputting invoice information for job costing.
“Additionally, shops can choose to have this information automatically uploaded to a specified insurance carrier, reducing the administrative burden and back-and-forth for both shops and carriers,” CCC said. “All of this is available at no cost to the shops… Easier access to documentation of work performed and in the appropriate workfile helps to streamline approvals and overall communication between shops and carriers.”
The expansion builds on the initial integration between the companies, launched in 2023, which enables documentation from Elitek’s remote diagnostics services to flow directly into CCC ONE.
“With pressure mounting from rising complexity and staffing challenges, repairers are looking for ways to do more with less, and that can include subletting out specialized services,” said Mark Fincher, CCC’s vice president of product management, in the release. “By expanding our integration with Elitek, we’re helping shops reduce manual steps and improve repair documentation, all within the workflows they already use every day.”
RDN asked CCC if the integration would make it easier for a carrier to refer Elitek or use their workflow as the benchmark for what they are willing to pay, and if it could increase friction for shops that perform diagnostics in-house.
“This expanded integration will make it easier for shops to ingest documentation and share that documentation with insurers,” CCC responded. “This represents an expansion of functionality for CCC’s network of integration partners; shops who choose to perform this work in-house have the choice to manually attach documentation to CCC workfiles or can use any of the diagnostic solutions integrated with CCC ONE.”
The release notes that repairers have the flexibility to choose the providers that best meet their needs while supporting consistent and complete documentation in CCC ONE.
In 2021, LKQ consolidated its mobile services companies, VeTech Automotive Electronics and Elite Electronics, under a single Elitek Vehicle Services brand.
LKQ bought Elite and VeTech in 2019. It said it had grown them into “the largest U.S. provider of mobile, on-site vehicle services” for fleets and auto repairers.
Asked at the time if the consolidation meant prices would change or new services would be available for repairers who had previously just used one company or the other, LKQ referred RDN to its website.
In November 2024, Opus IVS announced a partnership with Elitek to offer its ADAS MAP (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems Mapping) solution to Elitek’s customers and partners.
At the time, the companies said Elitek would offer a customized variation of ADAS MAP to repairers that would ensure quick and accurate identification of ADAS systems.
“This partnership will provide Elitek clients with enhanced insights that streamline ADAS diagnostics, ensure that all required safety-related ADAS Calibrations are completed, and reduce cycle time,” a Nov. 4 press release states. “With recent support from major insurers for the ADAS MAP solution, repair shops are also seeing increased reimbursement, further adding value to the industry.”
