State Farm announces roll-out schedule of dual plaform estimating

Published on October 29, 2025

State Farm has released go-live dates for Select Service Network shops in each state as it moves to a dual-platform estimating approach

The insurance company announced it would be moving to the platform in September.

“As you know, State Farm has been exploring the use of an additional estimating solution for its Select Service network,” an email from the insurance company said in September. “Based on industry feedback, we have been testing the capability of a dual platform approach.”

Select Service repairers will be given the option to write their estimates on CCC One or Mitchell Cloud Estimating (MCE) upon their go-live date.

Shops moving to MCE can do so by completing this opt-in form. Memos associated with each state’s phase will be sent to shops about a month before each go-live date.

Anyone with questions about the Mitchell platform can contact the company here

“The phased approach has been implemented to facilitate a smooth transition for repairers opting to move to MCE,” a State Farm email about the rollout says. “If your repair facility is not prepared to decide within your state’s designated timeframe, you may choose to switch after your implementation window. In such cases, please notify me, your Program Administrator. Please note that the decision to switch is not final; until advised otherwise, you will retain the freedom to make changes and may inform me of any updates accordingly.”
