Nissan transitioning to CCC OEM link for network management

Published on January 8, 2026

The Nissan Certified Collision Repair Network is transitioning its vendor partnership to CCC OEM link, according to a notice sent to network shops Wednesday.

CCC also announced that Nissan’s Certified Collision Repair Network, with about 2,000 repair facilities, is the first automaker to participate in the CCC OEM Link Network, which was newly launched by the company to support OEM collision certification programs.

The transition started Tuesday and is expected to be complete by March 31, Nissan’s notice states.

CCC OEM Link will replace the Collision Performance Network, the notice says. It will act as the new network management partner for Nissan, INFINITI and GT-R Certified Collision programs.

“This change aligns with our commitment to improving service quality, operational efficiency, and support for our certified repair partners,” the Nissan notice says. “CCC OEM Link brings the tools and expertise necessary to advance our network and deliver the highest level of service.”

CCC claims its OEM link will help repair network participants address a growing challenge of vehicle complexity including advanced materials and technologies from high-strength steel and aluminum to EV powertrains and sophisticated driver assistance programs.

“As vehicle complexity grows, repairs require specialized equipment, processes, and technician training,” CCC’s release says. “Yet, OEM certification participation has stagnated, in part due to the challenges shops can face with related requirements, program administration, and uncertainty around return on their investment (ROI).”

CCC will manage Nissan’s network oprations including the administration of shop audits, billing processes and communication between the OEM and its certified repairers, CCC says. The support will be delivered through CCC’s software platform and full-time field operation employees.

“As vehicles become more advanced, achieving safe and proper repairs requires strong collaboration across the entire ecosystem,” said Andreas Hecht, CCC senior vice president of OEM services. “With OEM Link, CCC is establishing a foundation for certified repair programs that enable automakers and repairers to work in lockstep, delivering repair quality and reinforcing customer confidence. We’re proud to welcome Nissan as the first automaker to join the OEM Link network, underscoring their commitment to getting drivers back on the road quickly and safely.”

The Collision Performance Network (CPN) from OEC, includes other automaker programs from Fiat Chrysler Automotive, Alfa Romeo, Hyundai, Genesis, Kia and VinFast, according to its website, according to its website.
